BLACKPINK’s Lisa To Become First K-Pop Artist To Perform At The Oscars

BLACKPINK’s Lisa is set to take the stage at the Oscars alongside Doja Cat and RAYE!

On February 24 (local time), The Academy revealed that Lisa will perform her latest track, “BORN AGAIN,” at the 97th Academy Awards on March 2 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. This historic moment will mark the first time a K-pop artist has performed at the Oscars.

Doja Cat and RAYE, who are featured on the song, will join Lisa for the performance, making it the debut live rendition of “BORN AGAIN.”

“BORN AGAIN” was unveiled on February 7 as a pre-release track from Lisa’s highly anticipated debut full-length album, ALTER EGO. The song made an impressive debut, landing at No. 69 on the Hot 100, No. 12 on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart, and No. 22 on the Global 200.
